2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimal information strictly required to facilitate merchant onboarding and regulatory compliance:

• Contact & Identification: Merchant representative name, registered business name, and email address.
• Connected Account Identifiers: Stripe Connected Account ID to synchronize capability statuses.
• Operational Logs: Webhook synchronization records and transaction verification metadata.

3. Payment Security & PCI-DSS Compliance

Paylii never collects, processes, or stores sensitive credit card numbers or CVV codes.

All payment processing and card tokenization is performed directly within Stripe’s vault, which adheres to PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance — the highest standard of banking and payment card industry data security.

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal or business information. Data is shared solely with authorized infrastructure partners (Stripe for payment processing, and Resend for transactional email notifications) as necessary to provide the services requested.

5. Merchant Rights & Inquiries
